Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. Riserva 2015 is produced only in exceptional vintages from the finest bunches grown on the estate, with a maximum production of 2,000 bottles per year. Each bottle is hand-numbered, and a small percentage features an etiquette hand-engraved on the glass by a local artisan, making this wine truly exclusive and precious.
Grapes are carefully selected from the best vineyard parcels and are manually harvested in late September to early October. The ultra-low yield of just 7.5 hl/ha allows for exceptional concentration of flavors. Fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures below 30°C, followed by extended maceration on the skins (21–28 days). After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for several years in large French and Slavonian oak casks before release.
