Alta Langa D.O.C.G. is a traditional method sparkling wine from Tenuta San Mauro in Piemonte. 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Chardonnay, fermented in barriques for 6 months, then at least 36 months on yeasts with remuage and dégorgement. Only 1,000 bottles per year. Available at least 4 years from harvest.
